About Glue

Glue Inc. works with one or more teams within a client organization (such as marketing, sales, human resources, corporate affairs, operations, training, fundraising or the senior leadership team) to develop and produce intelligent communications and event solutions that enhance your overall performance.

Our name reflects the qualities that distinguish us: the high degree of trust we engender in our clients; the deep understanding and passion we bring to every assignment, whether large or small; and the lasting value that we deliver. These qualities form the basis for our brand promise: communications that stick.

Thanks to our experience, we appreciate the way different organizations operate, we understand each project’s broader context, and we respect the need to adhere to your budget parameters. We work ‘hands-on’ with you from initial briefing to project completion, avoiding unnecessary process while ensuring you are kept properly informed about project timelines and costs.

Over the course of our careers, Glue’s two principals have collaborated with a range of organizations – from major corporations to leading not-for-profits, and from partnerships to small businesses – in completing a diverse roster of projects, including:

  • Hosting and developing content for a national brand’s business-to-business website
  • Creating and managing an intranet site supporting a cross-country dealer network
  • Writing speeches for senior executives
  • Organizing employee recognition and community events
  • Developing content and managing logistics for employee and dealer meetings
  • Writing merchandising guides, user manuals, brochures, newsletters and annual reports
  • Shooting and editing promotional, testimonial and safety-related videos
  • Casting and producing French-language dubbed and close-captioned versions of English videos
  • Developing a comprehensive customer communications and salesforce training program for a consumer product launch
  • Editing and managing the publication of a guidebook for persons with diabetes
  • Interviewing awards program winners and writing their profiles

Glue was founded in 2002 and is led by principals Tim Morawetz and Sue MacGowan.

Glue acknowledges with respect that the lands upon which we conduct business have, for thousands of years, been the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples, and that this land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.
