How we work
We informally use a four-stage model to guide our work in developing and producing communications and events.
Insight involves gaining an understanding of the client's specific market environment and business objectives. We listen, gather facts and ask questions, as well as observe the character and internal culture of the organization.
Invention means developing solutions to the client's needs. We simultaneously draw upon our strategic and creative expertise during this stage of the process.
Industry is the act of constructing and executing communications and events solutions in tangible form. We employ the appropriate media to turn invention into reality.
Influence - the outcome of the previous three steps - involves changing the understanding, beliefs or behavior of the audience. For instance, we help enhance organizational performance and grow the business by:
- Creating or revitalizing the brand promise
- Informing and motivating employees, sales teams, business partners, supporters
- Delivering compelling messages to clients / customers that help drive sales
- Strengthening internal skills and capabilities
Glue is compensated by its clients either on a project-fee basis (where the scope of work can be clearly defined in advance), or on a consulting-fee basis (for a specific duration of involvement). Often, both approaches are combined on the same project.
